The Individual Career Development Plan (IDP) represents a personal roadmap to enhance your knowledge, skills and abilities to optimally develop your future career path. Your IDP will include interdisciplinary learning goals, analysis of personal strengths, and help identify key areas for growth. The preparation of your IDP is based on your individual definition of career success, work and personal values and takes in to account your previous achievements and experiences.

Every student will develop their IDP with direct support from the EpiCrossBorders Research School Office through annual meetings, in which your scientific, professional & personal goals, achievements & development are discussed.
